What this book is about:
Betsy Ray and Tacy Kelly are best friends. They do everything together. But then a new girl moves into their neighborhood. Her name is Tib Muller. When she does, the grown ups are sure that Betsy and Tacy will not get along with Tib. But they are in for a surprise; Betsy and Tacy fall in love with Tib and become fast friends. The three friends get into all sorts of mischief like fighting with Betsy's and Tacy's older sisters Julia and Katy, cutting hair, and pretending to be beggars. Their stories are ones you will want to read over and over again!

I love it! It is one of the best in this series.
