The Secret School

What this book is about:
A 14-year old girl, named Ida, has to teach a school of eight kids before she goes to high school. First of all, it all started when the classroom's teacher, Miss Fletcher's, mom gets dreadfully sick. Miss Fletcher needs to go back to take care of her mom. Next, the children of Miss Fletcher's classroom doesn't want her to go so they try to make things better. At first, the students were suppose to quit school. Finally, Ida volunteers to teach the kids because she is very smart. She teaches them and gets them ready for a really important test. If you want to read about what happens at the test, then read The Secret School!
What I think about this book:
I think this book brings bravery and a bit of romance. I think 9-year old girls will adore this book and think of Ida as there role model.
