Flag I'm Caroline. I'm a 12 year old girl. I live in Harleysville, U.S.A. I have been reading for as long as I remember, and I owe it all to my sister Allie, which many of you know! She taught me how to read when I was very young, so I was an advanced reader by the time I got to school. I love reading, playing my instruments (oboe and flute), playing soccer, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, and many more fun things to do! To learn more about me, read my bio on the Kids' Bios page!!

Here's my review of the book
The Falconer's Knot by Mary Hoffman.

What this book is about:

This thrilling, exciting novel is about 16-year-old Silvano da Montacuto living a wonderful life with his noble parents and his hunting falcon Celeste, in Perugia Italy. Silvano is accused murderer of a man whose wife Silvano fancied, but also because Silvano's dagger was used to kill the man. Silvano's father sends him to a Franciscan friary to keep him from getting killed (by law). The friary is next to a nunnery, and he quickly sets eyes on Chiara, who was sent to the nunnery by her brother. While his stay at the friary, more murders are committed, and once again, his name came up when the friars were searching for the murderer(s). Silvano, Chiara, and Silvano's friar friend all try to figure out who the murderer is. When they finally figure out who the murderer is, it's too late--or is it...?
