Bridge To Terabithia
by Katherine Paterson.
What this book is about:
Jess Aarons is very fast. His greatest wish is to be the fastest runner in fifth grade. Jess has been practicing running the whole summer long and wants to see his classmates faces when he beats them in a race. There is a new girl in the school and her name is Leslie Burke. After a while Leslie and Jess became friends. Jess started to like Leslie. Then one day they come across a rope and find a land full of creatures. Then in the morning Leslie went to the rope by herself and when she swung across she slipped and fell into the water and drowned. Jess was very sad. Jess's little sister became queen.
What I think about this book:
I think the book is good but I understood the movie better.
