What this book is about:
The Cupid Chronicles is about thirteen-year-old Willa Havisham (a.k.a Willafred but her mother doesn't call her that anymore)and her mission to be "Compatibly Cupid" with her adorable crush Joseph Frances Kenelly(JFK). But when Cape Cod's Bramble library is in danger of closing its doors forever, Willa must put her crush on the back-burner to save the library. Willa has to raise $30,000.00 to keep the Bramble library open. But how? Willa and with the help of her BFF, Tina, put together a series of dances for all of the freshman boys and girls to raise the money. When the final dance nears, A Mid-Winter's night Ball,most freshman boys don't show. But with more help from a southern beauty queen and a compatibily test for the boys to pair up with the girls.Willa was extremely excited for the dance but when a yodiling accident occurs, Willa spends that night reading on her bed and eating cherry cordial's. I absolutely LOVED this book. And many readers 12+ will too. Find out about Hidden Love rivalries between Tina, Ruby, and Willa. Like this one: Tina likes: Tanner McGee. Ruby likes: Tanner McGee or this one: Willa LOVES: Joseph Frances Kenelly. Ruby likes: JFK (Joesph.) Read about sudden losses (Death) and Finding old High-School Sweethearts. Read about the chemistery between Joseph and Willa: 3 and the Spark between Tina and Jessie: 3 Read about Ruby and her attempt to spread a fib about her (Ruby) and JFK. Read about The help of a southern beauty queen and 2 rich Love-birds. Read about Nana and Grampa Tweed in this novel. and read a lot a lot and A LOT more situations in this book. I won't reveal them though:).
