Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

What this book is about:
Harry Potter is 13 now and is starting his 3rd year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
Before he arrives at school though, he learns that Sirius Black, a mad mass murderer, has escaped from the wizard prison Azkaban. And that Black is supposedly after Harry. Most people would be absolutely terrified out of their minds is a murderer like Black was after them but not Harry. Instead, Harry goes to Hogwarts feeling slgihtly uneasy.
3rd years at Hogwarts are permitted to visit the wizarding village of Hogsmeade, provided they have a permission slip. As usual, Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia have been treating Harry like rubbish and so they have neglected to sign Harry's slip. To top it all off dementors, the terrifying creatures that guard the prison Azkaban, have been stationed around the school. Whenever Harry goes near them, he collapses and can hear his mother screaming.
But, bleak as the future appears at the beginning of the year, school goes on in a relatively enjoyable fashion. There is a new Defense against the Dark Arts teacher, Professer Remus Lupin. All the Gryffindors agree that Professer Lupin is the best teacher that they've ever had.
But little do the students know, Lupin is hiding an important secret from them. And Hermione seems to be hiding something from Harry and Ron as well.
At the end of the school year, Harry discovers several secrets that will change him. What are they?
