I have 2 favourite books.First of all I like E.B.White books like Charlottes Web. E.B.White is a very old author from the 19s and he is dead,but he still wrote amazing storys.I also like the magictreehouse books written by Mary Pope Osborne.

One of my favorite books of all time was The House With A Million Pets by Ann Hodgman. It is about an old lady that cares for a lot of animals!! She even had a pet bat! Another one of my favorite books is Watership Down by Richard Adams. It is about rabbits trying to survive once one has a vision that they need to move on. The The Sisters Grimm is such a good series!! It has so much imagination put into it!! It is by Michael Buckley. I suggest it to anyone as I do my other books I have posted!

My fav book is Matilda by Roald Dahl because I luv the mouve to so thats why i like it! My 2 fav book is junie b jones by barbara park i have a lot because i lov them so much i already finshed like 30!! Another book is wayside school by Louis Sachar because its cool i lov his books there funny because in the first chapter it talks about this teacher that can turn kids into apples all she does is wigggle her ears first her right then her left one then they turn into apples!! Also one of my fav books is charlie bone because he hears a sound in a bottle it says stop shakin me because he was shakin it he got scard so he diped he took the bottle home wen he shook it nothin happened but wen he went to his room he heard it he was scard he didnt no wat to do so he put it out the windo and it hit his friend in the head and he was dead because it was heavy and glass with a rock!His friends mama was so sad she was bout to kill him so he bought her something so she wont kill him at the end he died because this boy did the same thing thuw the bottle outside!so wen he got to heaven he seen his friend!

My favorite book I read was, "Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret". I think it is a really good book for kids to read that are somewhere around the age of 10 and up. The book talks about girls growing up discovering new things. Judy Bloom is the author and describes everything really good. You should read this book!

I'm Arya. I'm a twelve year old girl living in the USA.

I'm not going to say its my favorite book (that would be Eragon, next to the Bible), but a book my dad is reading to my brother and I right now is the Alchemyst by Michael Scott. Its a bit New Agey and a tad weird, but a good book all the same. It's about two sixteen year old twins, Josh and Sophie Newman, whose world gets turned upside-down one seemingly peaceful Thursday afternoon. Want to know more, and you should read the book! =) There's a sequel coming out sometime soon, The Magician.

I read Jerry Spinelli's book Wringer. In this book a boy named Palmer lives in a town who kills pigeons. After his ninth birthday things changed. For one he starts tree stumping a girl that he likes. He finds a pigeon after a snow storm so he keeps it as a pet secretly without telling his parents.

Fox and his friends is a story about Fox and his sister playing in the park. First, they went to Dexter's house to see if Dexter could play with them. Dexter could not play because he had to help out at home all day. Next, they went to Betty's house but she had the chicken pox and couldn't play either. Then Fox and his sister went to the park. Louise climbed up the telephone pole and Fox got her down. Finally, Fox got her a big ice cream cone on their way home. I like this book because it has great facts about the fox and his friend. I teaches you to go to the park and play with his friend. If you have to take care of your brother or sister, just buy them an ice cram cone and let them go to the park to eat it. If you are alone then you can play with your sister. You can ask your sister to play tag or go swing.

My favorite book is Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. At first, I didn't want to read it. My dad kept telling me to read the book because the books are always way better than the movies. I thought that the book was exactly the same as the movie. My dad finally persuaded me to read the book SO begging- like, that I finally gave him credit and read the book. It was WAY better than the movie! The book was so interesting that I couldn't stop reading! All I would do after school would be to do homework and then just read, read, read. And after a week... I was done with the whole book! So, I started on the 2nd one. It was even BETTER than the 1st! Now that the 5th movie is out, I'm reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows, #7, and when I saw the 5th movie, I said to my dad, "Dad, this isn't ANYTHING like the book." And my dad replied "SEE! I told you so! I told you so!" I got SO pist at him for saying it sarcastically that I actually stuck my tongue out at him! AT A PARENT, TOO! Even though I remember what he said, whenever he says that a book is good, faster than the speed of light will I grab that book and have my nose glued to its pages as I read yet another AMAZING tale.

I love the book The Wedding Planner's Daughter! It is by Coleen Murtagh Paratore. It is about a girl who's father died before she was born and her mother now refuses to fall in love with anyone, which makes the girl named Willa, very sad because she wants a father. then they move to where Willa's grandmother lives in a place called Bramble, Willa's mother, Stella, is always moving when a guys starts to get serious. Anyway, her English teacher meets her mom and they get along so well and he is also her neighbor! So, Willa is trying her best to get them to get married but her mom is so wrapped up in her wedding business that she doesn't want to have anything to do with getting married. So the whole book is about Willa trying to get her mother Stella to go and get married with the English teacher,Sam. I think it is a very good book and sometimes, when I first read it, I almost cried thinking about poor Willa's life. And she always has these quotes from other books that she likes and at the very end she has a list of books she likes and encourages you to read them. Well, it's totally on my list of must read books. That's all! Bye.

My favorite book is Frindle. It is about a boy named Nick who likes to delay time in class so he doesn't have to do much work. He asks a question in class one day and instead of wasting time in class, he was told to do research on the question, and then when he was in class he gave a report, almost the whole period. Then something else came to his mind, he asked how words were invented, and the teacher said very smart people made those words. He missed the bus one day and got in trouble. He walked down the rode with a friend. His friend fell and her pen fell out of here pocket, and when he handed it to her he called it a Frindle. Everybody used the word Frindle but his teacher was made than it became a word and an adult sold pens which said Frindle. He gave thirty five percent discounts and he became famous and rich and in the end the teacher sent a letter saying that she was made at first but she said congratulations and by making a fuss it helped the word, so the teacher was helping all along and also Nick gave her a million dollars.

My favorite book is Chicken Soup For The Kid's Soul. I love this book because it teaches you valuable lessons you will need in the future. I am very mature for my age and these kind of books help me when I am in a tough situation. My favorite story in this selection is "There's an Alien on the Internet" because it shows that friendship can glow through any kind of situation. And I am very pleased to say that reading a lot of the stories in this book helped me become a responsible young adult and to put my best foot foward. I also am being more careful of what I say and do. When I lost my best friend I thought I could never carry-on but this book proved that I could do it. I love this book and the stories in it.

My Favorite book is Ranger's Apprentice: Book Three The Ice Bound King. Why? Because it is a very interesting book about 3 boys: Ranger apprentice Will, Ranger Halt, and Warrior Apprentice Horace. I love this book because every Chapter tells you something important that you need to know to get what is happening in the book. It also follows what happens in book #1 and book #2. I cant wait until I get to read book 4 and 5.They seem very nice to what I have heard.

I read a book called Sing A Song Of Tuna Fish; Hard to Swallow Stories From 5th Grade. The author is Esme Raji Codell. She wrote this book about her when she was younger in 5th grade. This book has many funny parts. Esme's brother fell through the snow from his apartment. The snow was about four or five feet tall. Another funny part is when a kid came to school with no pants, when the girl brought her pet rat to school and it peed on Esme, and when her and her mother threw eggs at a car. I picked this book because it's about a 5th grad girl and I am in 5th grade. The part of the book that made me happy was when Esme moved from the weird school to a better school and met a new friend, Akila who tutored her in Math. My favorite settings were at the weird school when there were couches in the classrooms and her new school. Her new school reminds me of my elementary school. My favorite quote from the chapter about school was, "My shoes made a click, click, click sound." The sad part in this book was when a boy held onto the back of a truck and fell and cracked his head open and died. My overall opinion was the book was great. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves to read about people's lives, especially authors.
